Associate Brand Marketing: Large Mission-Driven Oncology Research Organization
Location: Norwalk, CT or Remote
Our client is a reputable and well-funded non-profit organization focused on uncovering science and extending lives in the oncology space. Their work continues to improve and saves lives on a daily basis as well as building on its legacy in genomics and is expanding into immune oncology, as the combination of these two fields will be critical to making precision medicine possible for all patients.
They seek an energetic, hard-working and entrepreneurial Brand Marketing Associate to support the Senior Associate, Brand Marketing across project management of creative assets and brand communications, agency stewardship/leadership, building project briefs, managing internal reviews and day-to-day partnerships/collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of creative assets and brand communications
- Support the broader Marketing department across a variety of work streams including website and digital, thought leadership, communications, events and Development collateral materials
- Contribute to marketing status reports to steward timely execution of projects
- Be a steward of the brand: ensure consistency in the execution of our brand identity, including our look & feel and voice
- Partner with Legal department to develop and process marketing contracts
- Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Finance team on brand marketing budget items, including scopes, POs and invoices
- Maintain an organized system of assets, photos, videos and logos that are to be used for marketing purposes
Requirements:
- 1-3 years related work experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail and task-oriented
- Dynamic, highly responsive, flexible and can be increasingly self-directed to work independently and collaboratively
