Production Manager: Leading Integrated Advertising Agency

Our client is a leading integrated advertising agency with an enviable roster of fashion, retail, beauty, and luxury clients. The work is aesthetically stunning and based upon sound strategy. The environment is entrepreneurial and fast-paced. Client relationships are of utmost importance as well as the quality of the work.

The agency seeks a hands on, talented, and team spirited Production Manager to lead post-production initiatives across video and print in a growing production department.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the agency liaison with image retouching vendors, video post vendors, print/collateral vendors, and other niche vendors based upon the needs of the required deliverables

-Work with project management to manage timelines and post client-approved budgets

-Work with design and account services teams to provide final deliverables based upon client’s approved needs/specs and archive final approved imagery and collateral

-Work with appropriate teams (account services, project management, shoot production) during pre and post shoot phases— concept feasibility, budget and timeline creation and approvals, vendor outreach and management, retouching process management, distribution of final deliverables, receipt of vendor invoices, and job closure with Finance

Requirements:

-3-5 years’ experience in a post-production related or focused position in an agency or studio environment

-Print and/or video post-production experience required (preferably both)

-An ability to thrive in a very entrepreneurial environment, collaborate cross-departmentally, and remain calm in chaos

-Experience working with fashion clients is ideal (a passion for this category is a must!)

-Exceptional organizational skills
