Senior Account Manager: Boutique Digital, Social Experiential Agency

Location: New York, NY or Remote

Our client is a full-service digital-first marketing agency that delivers strategy, creative services, digital media and technology that drive brands forward.

They currently seek a smart, talented, and driven senior-level Account Manager to join their team, working directly with clients and and leading project teams from kick off through completion. This role has the opportunity to manage two direct reports.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the day-to-day contact for several critical brands, splitting time between interfacing with clients, developing client deliverables, and managing internal teams

-Manage the complete project life cycle, ensuring deliverables are of high quality to client satisfaction, on time and within budget

-Provide strategic ideas and new opportunities for your clients in collaboration with internal creative leads, inter-agency teams, and key brand stakeholders

-Develop and manage project budgets and timelines

-Write estimates and SOWs

-Manage project resourcing and forecasting

-Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to ensure project success

-Lead meetings with clients, inter-agency teams, and internal teams

-Coordinate with various internal teams on work that includes developing custom email designs and copywriting, digital marketing tactics, website scope and design and development, and production pitches and plans and photography and video shoots

Requirements:

-6+ years experience in account management, preferably at a digital or creative agency

-Track record of building strong and effective relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other partners

-Skilled at managing projects within the digital marketing/advertising space, including email and SMS marketing, website design and development, social media management, and content and visual marketing

-Experienced and comfortable with using and managing a wide variety of CMS and SMS platforms as well as CRM tools and email automation

-Capable of writing clearly and concisely

-Familiar with the role that various marketing mediums play into a brand’s marketing

-Strong grasp of website and social media analytics and reporting tools, with ability to synthesize findings into insights-driven reports

-Experience with Google Marketing Suite (Analytics and Tag Manager)

-Ability to form a plan and see it through to the finish line

-Articulate communicator capable of bringing clarity to internal teams and clients alike

-Obsessed with consistency and detail

-Motivated to take pride and ownership of the work they are responsible for

-Collaborator that has a “get it done” mentality
