Senior Manager, Growth : Global Brand and Design Consultancy

Our client is brand consultancy, based in London, New York City and San Francisco. The company’s purpose is to create transformative brands that push what’s possible for people, businesses and the world, exploring new ways of doing things and using creativity to make a difference. 

They currently seek a Senior Manager of Growth to join their team and play a key role in supporting and growing the business by leading and owning new business pursuits, both inbound and outbound. The Growth team is a true partner to all potential clients WO internal teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage front to end business development process including fielding and recording initial prospect conversations, qualifying leads, co-own RFI and RFP response development, internal team and content coordination, and monitoring of deliverables and timing

- Manage communication best practices; agenda, action items and follow-ups associated with working sessions

- Develop and distribute clear and succinct summaries of relevant news items, analyst coverage, annual reports, earnings calls, and other relevant information that might inform our assessment of the opportunity, brief teams, and/or help shape our POV

- Track status of all active NDAs, RFIs and RFPs and be the primary internal resource/point of contact for all pitch related activities and needs so that teams and individuals have clarity of timing, roles and responsibilities.

- Manage resourcing needs each week, keeping it up to date and ensuring the relevant parties are informed and calendars are coordinated

- Checking the accuracy, quality and integrity of submissions before they goes out

-Prepare proactive outreach campaigns leveraging research across internal teams, CRM and database tools, coupled with existing capabilities, cases and press

-Maintain up-to-date business intelligence on leads and targets (track breaking news and monitor investor communications for publicly traded companies)

-Work with teams to organize events related to New Business in the US including all communications and logistics, as needed.

-Support the maintenance of data and records in Hubspot and ensure that live proposal and pipeline records are updated on a weekly basis

Requirements:

- 5-7 years experience in a relevant/related agency role

- Be able to demonstrate growth of client relationships

- Worked on successful new business initiatives

- Confident in presenting in meetings and pitches

- Have a clear point of view on the role of brands

- Strong Project Management skills; managing up down and sideways to ensure timing commitments

- Knowledge or exposure to marketing and business development in an agency environment or other professional services category

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities shift and change rapidly

- Extremely detail oriented in gathering and presenting accurate and high-quality information

- Direct branding experience preferred

- Interpersonal skills, sociable, confident

- Reliable, organised, detail-oriented

- Stellar organisational, proofreading and writing skills

- Self Starter, resourceful and able to work independently
