Account Executive: Award-Winning Digital and Social Creative Agency
Location: Remote - New York, NY Region
Our client is an award-winning digital first agency specializing in strategic insights and curated design for prominent global brands primarily in the fashion, luxury, beauty and liquor/spirits categories. The agency leverages strategy, insight, and design to seamlessly connect brands to their audience and bring them into the near future. The agency works fully remote in the NY metro region to facilitate occasional meetings and client collaborations.
They seek an Account Executive to serve as the heartbeat of the agency; the true integrators who work cross functionally to keep a strong and healthy workflow.
Working closely with the Account Supervisor, the Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day functions of accounts, which include operational efficiency, account logistics and understanding a client’s business needs. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills. In this role, you are responsible for managing creative workflow, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes. As a client-facing role, you will express yourself in a professional manner, responding to inquiries in a timely manner. When time allows, you will research, ideate, and address other account needs.
The role has 2 main facets – seamless execution and communication
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day monitoring (and reporting) on SOW with clients (understanding SOW, knowing what’s in and out and when to raise concerns to Account Supervisor)
-Responsible for managing internal resources, which includes tracking creative deadlines and ensuring creative team and social/influencer team has all pertinent information
-Work with Account Supervisor to accurately and timely invoice clients
-Work with Account Supervisor to deliver profitable work, proactively keeping on top of burn-to-date and individual work streams
-Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring agendas and all required materials are prepared by using detailed status documents
-Build thorough project plans and collaborate with teams to ensure that all projects are delivered according to the established timeline to meet our client’s needs
-Manage workflow and communications between client, Qulture and Nines AI platform partner
- Work closely with the Managing Director and AI consultant to execute AI systems internally to create operational efficiency, optimize strategy and research, and creative strategies
-Communicate with clients as it relates to timeline, status and scheduling (specific needs may change based on the account); develop AI agents to manage workload
-Own all project schedules and deliverables. Manage and facilitate day-to-day functions of keeping the work moving forward. Ensure adherence to client expectations, agency ambition, and superior quality using AI to assist in the management of this work
-Create and share materials that document agreement between agency and clients (i.e. status reports and meeting agendas) using AI note takers and summary reports
-Facilitate decision-making between stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
-Act as an active collaborator within the agency, actively suggesting how we can work better internally and more effectively exceed client expectations
Requirements:
-1-3 years of prior experience
-Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to synthesize different points of view and translate multiple ideas into an active project plan
-Solid understanding of how design, marketing and strategy work is typically staffed and executed
-Experience with agency time and financial projecting; Excel skills a must
-Experience with presentation design; Keynote experience a plus
-A self-starter, independently keep a project forward moving with next steps at all times
-Driven to achieve operational efficiencies; thinks about what needs to be done and how it can be done with the utmost efficiency while maintaining a high quality outcome
-Needs to have a natural curiosity and interest in using AI and helping implement within the client and internal agency workflow and willing to take courses and work with AI consultant to upskill
