Account Manager / Digital Content Producer, Temp to Perm: Startup AI Content Creation/Production Platform
Location: Remote, Eastern-Time Based USA
Our client is an AI content solution built for prestige fashion and beauty brands. They blend the speed of AI, the craft of human hands and the control of brand leaders to create leading edge digital content at scale.
They seek an Account Manager / Digital Content Producer to serve as the operational heartbeat of the company, an integrator who bridges client services and AI-driven content production with a love-for and first-hand experience within the Fashion and Beauty category. Working closely with the Head of Client Partnerships, this role blends client management, project management, and digital content production oversight. You will ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered content while maintaining strong client relationships, operational efficiency, and high-quality outputs.
This is a freelance contract role for an initial term of 3 months fully remote, with the potential for permanent extension based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Looking to hire immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day account operations including timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables, acting as the primary client contact
- Lead internal and client meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-through
- Monitor and manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring alignment with client expectations and flagging scope changes proactively
- Build, maintain and report on detailed project plans, workflows, and production schedules across multiple accounts, honoring both client needs and internal priorities
- Collaborate with internal resources across teams to ensure on-time delivery and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders to keep projects
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and propose solutions with an effort toward ensuring quality control, speed and creativity
- Oversee work outputs through end-to-end production of AI-generated content (e.g., ecomm, social, stills/video, copy, lifestyle imagery, campaigns…etc.)
- Stay current on AI tools, platforms, and best practices to improve efficiency and output quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, digital production, and/or digital content operations (agency experience preferred)
- Able to work successfully fully remote, based in the USA, within the East Coast Time Zone
- Strong understanding of digital content production workflows within the fashion and beauty industry
- Familiarity with project management tools, AI tools and content generation platforms (or strong willingness to learn)
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience managing multiple project streams with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, actionable plans
- Self-starter who proactively drives projects forward with a positive solutions-oriented attitude
