AI Creative Director: Startup AI Content Creation/ Production Platform

Our client is an AI content solution built for prestige fashion and beauty brands. They blend the speed of AI, the craft of human hands and the control of brand leaders to create leading edge digital content at scale.
They seek an AI Creative Director to serve as a visionary creative leader who transforms brand vision into stunning AI-generated imagery at scale for fashion and/or beauty brands. You are the creative mastermind who bridges artistic excellence with cutting-edge AI technology, leading our creative vision while building the technical systems that bring brands to life through artificial intelligence. Responsibilities:
Brand Translation & Creative Strategy
-Translate brand aesthetics and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate across categories and SKUs
-Develop signature visual languages and style frameworks that capture each brand's unique essence
-Transform abstract creative concepts (like "Parisian elegance" or "California sunset vibes") into precise, actionable creative direction
- Establish and maintain brand visual consistency across thousands of generated assets

AI Artistry & Prompt Craft
-Master the art of prompt engineering to achieve specific creative visions and aesthetic goals
-Build sophisticated prompt libraries that capture lighting moods, styling approaches, composition techniques, and brand-specific visual elements
-Create modular creative systems that allow for endless variation while maintaining brand coherence
-Experiment with and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-generated imagery
Creative Collaboration
-Partner with AI Research Engineers on model fine-tuning and technical creative capabilities
-Work closely with retouching teams to understand the boundaries between AI generation and post-production
-Collaborate with Product teams to influence tool development and creative feature priorities
-Participate in client meetings when needed (i.e. creative reviews, client briefing sessions)
-Partner with operations teams to balance creative ambition with production realities and deadlines Master the art of prompt engineering to achieve specific creative visions and aesthetic goals

Requirements:
-4+ years working professionally with generative image models, with at least 2 years focused on production output rather than experimentation
-Experience working under brand or client creative direction. Agency, in-house brand, or freelance for premium clients all qualify.
-Deep, hands-on fluency with Midjourney, Nano, Stable Diffusion (SDXL and newer), and ComfyUI. You know the parameters, samplers, schedulers, and which combinations work for which problems.
-Python literacy sufficient to read, modify, and write custom ComfyUI nodes
