Junior Designer: Internationally Renowned Branding and Packaging Design Studio
Location: New York, New York or East Coast Remote
Our client is an internationally renowned branding and packaging design studio with a foundation built on design mastery and a passion for delivering creative solutions with offices across New York City, Singapore, Tokyo and Paris.
They seek a talented and passionate Junior Designer to join their next stage of growth with exciting new projects with packaging and digital/social media experience to bring packaging and 360 activations to life. The ideal candidate will possess a creative approach to problem solving, a positive and collaborative attitude, a meticulous attention to detail, and a fine-tuned eye with an out of the box approach for design. They seek a candidate who is eager to learn and grow, thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments and has a best-in-class approach to collaboration across disciplines and mediums. This role is based out of the New York City Office with the options to be Remote-based on the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop branding and packaging creative from concept to production
- Deliver and maintain creative vision on all projects
- Brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions that meet the objectives of individual projects
- Participate in critiques and revise designs according to feedback
- Utilize input from directors and possess the ability to continue further concept exploration and design refinement
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in branding and packaging
- Mastery in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of various packaging types, materials & production methods to help inform design
- Be flexible and adaptable within a team and studio environment
- Show flexibility and desire for personal growth by working outside an area of expertise
- Manage time efficiently and work in an organized fashion
