Media & Marketing Strategist: Leading Marketing Agency in Luxury Real Estate and Hospitality

Our client is a marketing agency in luxury real estate and hospitality who is crafting pathbreaking global marketing solutions for discerning clients. They pair passion with precision, deploying the latest in tech and data to inform–and transform–campaigns.
Entering into a growth phase, the agency seeks a sharp, collaborative, strategic-minded and detail-oriented Media & Marketing Strategist to join their growing team. This role sits at the heart of two core functions: supporting and scaling direct media planning practice, and serving as a key operator across broader digital marketing, client services, and analytics operations.
Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Operations
-Support the end-to-end media planning process, including research, vendor outreach and ongoing communication, plan assembly, budget tracking, creative deadline management, and IO execution.
-Maintain and manage media plan documentation, placement trackers, and billing reconciliation across all active campaigns.
-Coordinate with our media planning partner on plan revisions, client updates, and creative and analytical performance reporting — serving as the operational backbone of the media planning practice.
-Assist in the preparation of client-facing media proposals, presentations, and post-campaign analyses.
-Build and manage vendor and media partner relationships, including follow-up, rate negotiations, and scheduling.
-Support the development of scalable systems and workflows for the media planning practice as volume grows.
-Develop working proficiency across direct media categories relevant to our client base, including out-of-home, digital display, programmatic, print, and audio.
Client Services, Digital Marketing, & Analytics
-Manage day-to-day client account activities and communications with a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
-Support digital marketing campaign management across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and SEO channels.
-Compile and QA analytics reports across platforms — Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others — translating data into clear, actionable client-facing summaries.
-Assist with the development of marketing briefs, campaign recaps, strategy presentations, and status reports.
-Collaborate with the creative studio to help align media strategy with creative execution and campaign timelines.
-Collaborate closely with the PPC team to support campaign execution, optimize performance initiatives, and ensure alignment across paid media strategy, reporting, and client objectives.
-Contribute to briefing documents, project plans, and internal coordination across a fast-moving account load.
Requirements:
-2–4 years of experience at a marketing agency, media agency, or in a client-side marketing role
-Demonstrated experience with media planning, media buying, and advertising operations
-Comfort with numbers: budget tracking, margin calculations, and data-driven reporting are a meaningful part of this job
-Strong organizational skills with a high tolerance for managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
-Excellent written and verbal communication; you will be client-facing and your work product represents the agency
-Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be directed — we are a small, high-performing team, and independent thinking is highly encouraged and valued
-Strong proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) or comparable AI platforms, Google Workspace, Excel and Airtable (or similar operational platforms) preferred
-Genuine enthusiasm for the luxury real estate and hospitality space
